Amatsia has vast experience in airborne systems and information system design and implementation.

He served as a pilot and an engineer in the Israeli Air-Force.

Amatsia served in senior managerial and business consultancy positions in several companies and organizations, among them Amdocs Israel Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel institute of Technology.

Amos has more than 30 years of managerial experience in the global traditional and hi-tech industries. He served as Director, CEO, CFO and EVP Sales & Marketing of international companies, including Nilit Ltd., Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), Varicom communications, Telem Teufa and others. Amos was one of the founders of PAnGO (international cellular parking leader). Amos is co-founder of Yoramos Ltd. and currently he serves as a Director of several companies.

Amos holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Ran has over 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary engineering. He served in positions of CEO, VP R&D and Director of Technologies, as well as investment manager and business development manager, in Israel and in Canada.

Ran served in the technological unit of the Israeli intelligence corps, managing large teams and complex multidisciplinary state-of-the-art projects involving hundreds of people. He received the national security award from the state of Israel.

Ran holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Business from Swinburne University (Australia).
